Banker is an online football strategy, prediction and social gaming platform. The platform currently contains three game modes:

• Banker — Keep Your Streak
• Last Man Standing (LMS)
• The Coin League

Banker League is operated by Benjamin Stanier, a sole trader trading as Banker League.

References in these Terms to "Banker", "Banker League", "we", "us" or "our" refer to Benjamin Stanier trading as Banker League.

Users compete using football results and game-specific rules. By creating an account or using Banker, you agree to these Terms.

Payments made to Banker purchase access to digital game features and functionality. Payments are not stakes, wagers, bets or contributions towards a prize pool. Payment does not provide users with an opportunity to win money or anything of monetary value.

Coins used within The Coin League are virtual gameplay units only. Banker Coins have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money, cannot be transferred for monetary value and cannot be withdrawn or redeemed for cash or prizes.

Terminology such as “stake”, “win”, “loss” or “balance” within The Coin League refers exclusively to virtual gameplay mechanics and not to real money or anything of value.

Banker may offer optional paid digital functionality including, for example:

• creating a Last Man Standing league for a season (£4.99 per league, per season)
• premium game functionality
• additional game features
• other digital features introduced in future

A payment purchases access to the specified digital functionality. For example, the £4.99 LMS League Creation purchase allows you to create and operate one Last Man Standing league for one season. Joining a league, making picks, and all gameplay remain free. It is not an entry fee into a cash competition. There are no cash prizes funded by user payments.

Many core Banker features remain free to use. Paid features are optional.

You must provide accurate account information when registering and keep it up to date.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity on your account.

One person should not use multiple accounts to manipulate games or leaderboards. Users must not exploit bugs, manipulate gameplay or interfere with the service.

Banker may suspend or close accounts where there is reasonable evidence of abuse, fraud or a serious breach of these Terms.

Banker uses third-party football data. Game settlement may depend on information supplied by external sports-data providers.

Banker may correct an incorrectly settled game where the underlying football data was incorrect or subsequently corrected.

Postponed, abandoned, cancelled or rescheduled fixtures will be handled according to the relevant Game Rules.

Banker may occasionally be affected by temporary outages, scheduled maintenance, external API or data-provider failures, internet or connectivity issues, payment-provider outages, or other circumstances outside Banker’s reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights that cannot legally be limited or excluded under applicable consumer law.

Banker may reasonably update game features, rules and functionality as the platform develops. Material changes affecting users will be communicated appropriately.

Banker branding, designs, software, game concepts, text and original platform content belong to Banker or its applicable licensors and cannot be copied or commercially exploited without permission.

Football club names, logos, competition names and other third-party intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners and are used on Banker for identification and informational purposes only.

You must not:

• cheat or exploit bugs
• use automated means to manipulate accounts
• behave abusively toward other users
• use fraudulent payment activity
• attempt to compromise the platform
• manipulate leaderboards
• impersonate other users

The governing law and jurisdiction applicable to these Terms will be confirmed here once finalised.
